At Sunday Souk, we strive to ensure that all our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Returns

  • Non-Custom Items: Customers can return non-custom items within 30 working days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
  • Custom-Made Products: Due to the nature of custom-made products, these items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at customercare@sundaysouk.com or call us at +358408428749. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item and compliance with our returns policy.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for any reason, you are welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt. Please note that exchanges are subject to item availability. Custom-made products are not eligible for exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customercare@sundaysouk.com or +358408428749. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and item availability.

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or not as described. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
